Start with the product name, intended use, specification or reference image, order quantity and destination country or port. Add your target delivery date, packaging needs and any standards your buyer requires. If a detail is undecided, mark it as open rather than guessing.
Keep production time separate from shipping time. Ask the supplier to identify the exact specification, currency, sample costs, MOQ, payment schedule and shipping terms in its written offer. A target price is useful context, not an agreed quotation.
